Albion Manufacturing Technologies, Ogden Utah

Albion Manufacturing Technologies, located in Ogden, Utah USA is a state-of-the-art human grade facility housing a Niro 120-38 tower spray dryer capable of evaporating 3,500 lbs of water per hour. AMT's 750 Blaw Knox box dryer, with two primary cyclones, is capable of evaporating 1,000 lbs of water per hour. Processes available at this facility include wet processing, mixing, and homogenization. Also available are two 2,000 gallon and two 1,000 gallon insulated agitating bulk tanks capable of heating and cooling
     
AMT is a human grade facility used strictly in the manufacture of food and pharmaceutical products.  Facility certifications include Kof-K Kosher, organically certified, and NSF GMP compliant.  Located less than a mile away from US Interstate 15 and 35 miles away from US Interstate 80, Albion's human grade facility is easily accessible by truck.

Albion processes animal grade products at its facility in north central Iowa, located near US Interstate 35 and US Interstate 90.  AIP operates a variety of dryers to meet customer needs.  AIP's Marriott Walker flat bottom spray dryer with bag house is capable of evaporating 3,000 lbs of water per hour.  The 1850 Blaw Knox v-bottom box dryer with Marriott bag house is capable of evaporating approximately 3,500 lbs of water per hour. 
     
AIP also operates a 750 Blaw Knox v-bottom dryer with multicones, capable of evaporating 1,000 lbs of water per hour.  This is the sister to the 750 Blaw Knox at Albion's human grade facility in Ogden.  Each dryer contains a liquifier and two mixing tanks ranging from 600-1,000 gallons each.  Two 5,000 gallon bulk holding tanks are also available for increased capacity.
